Q:How does the process actually work?
Choose a package, pay securely via Stripe, and you'll be redirected to our Song Brief form. Fill in the details — story, genre, vibe — and we handle the rest. Your song arrives in 5–7 business days.
Q: Do I get to hear a preview before delivery?
We deliver the complete, fully produced song — not a rough demo. This allows us to put our best work forward. Revision rounds are included in every tier for lyric adjustments.
Q: What file formats will I receive?
All packages include high-quality MP3 and WAV files. Premium clients additionally receive a video lyric reel formatted for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube sharing.
Q: Can I rush my order?
Rush delivery (48–72 hours) is available subject to studio availability. An additional rush fee applies. Please note your deadline in the Song Brief and we'll confirm via email within 24 hours.
Q: What counts as a "minor revision"?
Minor revisions include word/phrase changes, name adjustments, and tweaks to chorus or bridge text. Complete genre changes, rewrites, or re-records are subject to additional fees and discussed on a case-by-case basis.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
Due to the bespoke nature of each song, we don't offer refunds once production begins. However, we're committed to your satisfaction and work with you through the revision process until you love it.
